We are seeking your assistance in securing your opinions regarding YMCA Camp Miller. Camp Miller is owned by the Duluth YMCA and is located on 340 acres about 45 miles south of Duluth on Sturgeon Lake. The camp has residential accommodations for about 200 youngsters and adults.

This questionnaire will take just a few minutes of your time. You can answer the questions on website page, or you can print the form by choosing the button below and mail it to the YMCA using the address at the end of this questionnaire. Thank you for your cooperation.
